中药专利复方治疗脓毒症用药规律的数据挖掘研究

摘　　要：目的探究中药专利复方治疗脓毒症的遣方用药规律,为脓毒症的阻断与治疗提供参考与借鉴。方法在国家专利数据库中收集治疗脓毒症的中药复方,经数据筛选与规范化后,利用R语言进行数据挖掘研究。结果共纳入82个中药专利复方,涉及中药376味,中药总频次920次;高频中药有18味,使用频次排名前10的药物分别为大黄、甘草、金银花、黄芩、麦冬、黄芪、人参、栀子、黄连、赤芍;中药药味以寒为主,辅以温、平;药味以苦、甘居多;主归肺经而五经并重;关联规则分析得到7条核心关联规则;聚类分析得到7个药物聚类。结论国家专利中药复方治疗脓毒症时以清热解毒通大便、益气活血存阴液为基,以平调五脏为本,以扶正解毒为要,注重整体协调性与内在恒动性。Objective:To explore the prescription and medication patterns of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)patent compound prescriptions for treating sepsis,and to provide references for the prevention and treatment of sepsis.Methods:TCM compound prescriptions for treating sepsis were collected from the national patent database.After data screening and standardization,data mining research was conducted using the R language.Results:A total of 82 TCM patent compound prescriptions were included,involving 376 types of herbs with a total frequency of 920 times.There were 18 high-frequency herbs,among which the top 10 most frequently used herbs were rhubarb,licorice,honeysuckle,skullcap,ophiopogon,astragalus,ginseng,gardenia,coptis,and red peony root.The herbal properties were predominantly cold,supplemented by warm and neutral properties.The tastes were mainly bitter and sweet.The main meridian tropism was to the lung meridian,while also emphasizing five meridians.Association rule analysis identified 7 core association rules,and cluster analysis grouped the herbs into7 clusters.Conclusion:When treating sepsis with TCM patent compound prescriptions,the focus is on clearing heat,detoxifying,promoting bowel movements,tonifying qi,activating blood circulation,preserving yin fluids,regulating the five zang organs,and strengthening body resistance for detoxification.Emphasis is placed on overall coordination and internal dynamic balance.
