摘　　要：目的以“筋骨平衡”理论为指导,观察颈椎微调手法结合穴位熏蒸治疗神经根型颈椎病(气滞血瘀证)的临床疗效。方法选取60例神经根型颈椎病(气滞血瘀证)患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(微调手法结合穴位熏蒸)与对照组(常规推拿手法结合穴位熏蒸)各30例。运用疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)、颈椎功能障碍指数量表(NDI)进行分析和评估。结果两组治疗后VAS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)、NDI量表差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05)。结论以“筋骨平衡”思想为指导,微调手法结合穴位熏蒸治疗神经根型颈椎病(气滞血瘀证),能协同增效,改善症状。Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of fine-tuning manipulation combined with acupoint fumigation for treating radiculopathy cervical spondylosis(syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis)based on the“tendon-bone balance”theory.Methods:A total of 60 patients diagnosed with radiculopathy cervical spondylosis(syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis)were selected and randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method:the observation group(n=30,treated with fine-tuning manipulation combined with acupoint fumigation)and the control group(n=30,treated with conventional massage therapy combined with acupoint fumigation).Pain was assessed using the Visual Analog Scale(VAS),neck dysfunction was evaluated using the Neck Disability Index(NDI)were also recorded.These indicators were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).However,significant differences were observed in NDI,and overall treatment effectiveness(P<0.05).The total effective rate was93.33%in the observation group and 83.33%in the control group,showing that the observation group had better overall therapeutic effects.Conclusion:Under the guidance of the“tendon-bone balance”theory,fine-tuning manipulation combined with acupoint fumigation is effective for treating radiculopathy cervical spondylosis(syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis),which can enhance efficacy and ensure reliable treatment outcomes.
