整复手法联合肿意膏外敷治疗急性腰扭伤的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察整复手法联合肿意膏外敷治疗急性腰扭伤的临床效果。方法将68例患者随机分为观察组与对照组各34例,观察组予以整复手法联合肿意膏外敷治疗,对照组予以氟比洛芬凝胶贴膏外敷治疗。比较治疗前后两组的VAS评分、JOA评分、ODI评分,比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗后两组VAS评分、JOA评分及ODI评分及较治疗前均明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论整复手法联合肿意膏外敷治疗急性腰扭伤能有效减轻患者疼痛、改善腰椎关节功能、促进患者康复,临床疗效显著。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Rectification techniques combined with external application of Zhongyi Plaster in the treatment of acute lumbar sprain.Methods:A total of 68 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and control group,with 34 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with rectification techniques combined with Zhongyi Plaster,and the control group was treated with flurbiprofen gel patch.The clinical efficacy,VAS score,JOA score and ODI score between the two groups before and after treatment was observed and compared.Results:After treatment,the VAS score,JOA score and ODI score were significantly improved in the two groups compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rectification techniques combined with external application of Zhongyi Plaster in the treatment of acute lumbar sprain can effectively reduce pain,improve lumbar joint function,and promote recovery,and the clinical effect is remarkable.
