万全论治痘疹经验在手足口病中的运用

摘　　要：明代儿科名医万全对痘疹的病因病机、预防调护、发病过程、症状体征以及治法方药都有详尽的认识。本文研究万全《保命歌括》《片玉痘疹》《痘疹心法》等著作中痘疹的论治以及医案,介绍万全治疗痘疹经验,以期为临床诊治手足口病提供参考。The renowned Ming Dynasty pediatrician,Wan Quan,had a comprehensive understanding of the etiology,pathogenesis,prevention,progression,symptoms,and treatment of smallpox and measles.This article examines Wan Quan′s discussions and medical cases on treating smallpox and measles from his works such as Bao Ming Ge Kuo(Synopsis of Preserving Life),Pian Yu Dou Zhen(Jade Pieces on Smallpox and Measles),and Dou Zhen Xin Fa(Heart Method of Treating Smallpox and Measles).The aim is to introduce Wan Quan′s experience in treating smallpox and measles and provide reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease.
