益气舒筋汤结合经络推拿手法对气滞血瘀型颈肩腰腿痛患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:以气滞血瘀型颈肩腰腿痛患者为研究对象,分析益气舒筋汤结合经络推拿手法对其影响。方法:选取2022年10月—2023年10月郑州市骨科医院收治的82例气滞血瘀型颈肩腰腿痛患者作为研究对象,将所选病例信息均置入相同信封中,依次编号1~82号,其中41例单号者实施西医治疗,作为对照组,另41例双号者在此基础上实施益气舒筋汤结合经络推拿手法,作为观察组,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果:观察组患者临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.100,P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、疼痛持续时间及发作频率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=22.134、23.130、46.956,P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者关节活动度、关节功能评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=5.159、5.779、10.000、13.310、16.298、10.898,P<0.05);观察组患者生活质量评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=12.027、7.016、8.653、13.574、9.356、12.475、9.080、8.170,P<0.05)。结论:益气舒筋汤结合经络推拿手法对气滞血瘀型颈肩腰腿痛患者的治疗具有可行性。Objective:To analyze the effect of Yiqi Shujin Tang combined with meridian massage on patients with neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type.Methods:A total of 82 patients with neck,shoulder,waist,and leg pain of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type admitted to the hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected.The selected case information was placed in the same envelope and numbered 1~82 in sequence.Among them,41 single numbered patients were treated with Western medicine as the control group,and 41 double numbered patients were treated with Yiqi Shujin Tang combined with meridian massage hands on this basis as the observation group.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.100,P<0.05).After treatment,VAS score,pain duration and attack frequency in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(t=22.134,23.130,46.956;P<0.05).After treatment,the joint motion and joint function scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=5.159,5.779,10.000,13.310,16.298,10.898;P<0.05).The life quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=12.027,7.016,8.653,13.574,9.356,12.475,9.080,8.170;P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Shujin Decoction combined with meridian massage is feasible for the treatment of neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain with qi stagnation and blood stasis.
