摘　　要：目的:探究阴道菌群改变与产妇胎膜早破、宫内感染及产褥感染的关系。方法:选取2020年5月—2022年8月平顶山市第一人民医院接受产前检查的88名孕产妇作为研究对象,通过对孕妇阴道分泌物的需氧菌培养检测,将46名培养结果为阳性的晚孕期孕妇归入阳性组,42名培养结果为阴性的晚孕期孕妇划分为阴性组。观察两组孕妇妊娠结局和新生儿妊娠结局。结果:阳性组胎膜早破、产褥感染的发生率均高于阴性组,差异均有统计学意义(t=4.951、4.399,P<0.05);阳性组低出生体重儿发生率、新生儿感染的发生率高于阴性组,差异均有统计学意义(t=7.349、6.035,P<0.05)。结论:在妊娠晚期,需氧菌培养结果呈阳性,增加了产妇在胎膜早破、宫内感染、产褥感染、新生儿感染、早产和低出生体重等方面的健康风险。Objective:To examine the correlation between alterations in vaginal microbial composition and the early rupture of maternal membranes,infections within the uterus,and postpartum infections.Methods:A total of 88 pregnant women who came to the prenatal examination from May 2020 to August 2022 were selected to collect vaginal secretions for aerobic culture.46 pregnant women with positive aerobic culture in the third trimester were set as the positive group and 42 pregnant women with negative aerobic culture were set as the negative group according to the laboratory results.Maternal and neonatal outcomes were observed in both groups.Results:The incidence of premature rupture of membranes and puerperal infection in positive group was higher than that in over-negative group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.951,4.399;P<0.05).The incidence of low birth weight infants and neonatal infection in positive group was higher than that in negative group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.349,6.035;P<0.05).Conclusion:The late trimester of pregnancy with positive aerobic culture increases the health risks of premature rupture of membranes,intrauterine infection,puerperal infection,neonatal infection,preterm birth and low birth weight of pregnant women.
