摘  要:目的:了解云南省大理地区白族聚集区居民贾第虫的感染情况及基因型。方法:采集大理白族聚居村村民的粪便标本,设计以贾第虫BG基因序列为基础的引物,将粪便样本中提取的DNA进行巢式聚合酶链反应(PCR)扩增,对扩增后产物进行测序,并对其序列进行同源性比较和基因型分析。结果:596份粪便标本中阳性4份,感染率为0.67%(4/596)。不同性别、民族、年龄分段、职业的贾第鞭毛虫感染率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P=0.938、0.380、0.327、0.113)。序列对比显示有B型和E型2种贾第虫基因型。结论:云南省大理地区白族聚集区居民贾第虫感染率较低,基因型包括B型和E型。Objective:To investigate the infection situation and genotype of Giardidia lamblia in Bai ethnic communities in Dali,Yunnan Province.Methods:Samples were collected from villagers of Dali in this study.Primers were designed based on the BG gene sequence of Giardidia lamblia and nested PCR was used to amplify fecal DNA.The amplified products were sequenced,and their sequences were compared for homology and genotype analysis.Results:There were 4 positive samples from 596 samples,and the infection rate was 0.67%(4/596).There were no significant differences among genders,nationalities,ages and occupations(P=0.938,0.3804,0.3274,0.1129).Two genotypes of Giardidia lamblia were identified:B and E.Conclusion:The infection rate of Giardia is low in the Bai nationality gathering area of Dali,Yunnan Province.And the genotypes of Giardia B and E were found in this study.
