摘 要:目的:探讨结局反思型教育联合共情护理对胸腰椎骨折(TLF)患者的影响。方法:选取2023年1—10月郑州市骨科医院脊柱科收治的78例TLF患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表将其法分为对照组(n=39)和观察组(n=39)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予结局反思型教育联合共情护理。对比两组患者干预前后汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)、Herth希望量表(HHI)评分。结果:干预后,观察组患者HAMA、HAMD评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=15.223、17.824,P<0.05);观察组患者CD-RISC评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=10.900,P<0.05);观察组患者HHI评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=10.896,P<0.05)。结论:反思型教育联合共情护理可有效缓解TLF患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,对提高患者心理弹性和希望水平有积极作用。Objective:To explore the effect of outcome reflective education combined with empathic nursing on thoracolumbar fracture(TLF).Methods:78 patients with TLF treated in the hospital from January to October 2023 were divided into two groups by random number table method.On the basis of routine nursing in the control group,the observation group was given outcome reflective education combined with empathic nursing.The scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Connor Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)and Herth Hope Scale(HHI)before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,HAMA and HAMD scores in the observation group were lower,and the difference was statistically significant(t=15.223,17.824;P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of CD-RISC and HHI in the observation group were higher,and the difference was statistically significant(t=10.900,10.896;P<0.05).Conclusion:The outcome reflective education combined with empathic nursing can effectively relieve anxiety and depression in patients with TLF,and has a positive effect on improving psychological resilience and hope level.
