摘　　要：新质生产力是新时代医院发展的核心动力,对医院高质量发展有极其重要的推动作用。基于生产力的劳动者、劳动资料和劳动对象三个维度,从医院微观层面深入剖析新质生产力的深刻内涵、特征、构成要素及作用机制,揭示新质生产力赋能医院高质量发展的内在逻辑,并提出实践构想:准确把握医院新质生产力的科学内涵;摆脱医院传统的业务增长方式和发展路径;不断补齐医疗服务中的劳动资料短板;培育更高素质的健康事业劳动者;调整创新制度匹配于医院新质生产力的发展。New quality productivity is the core driving force of hospital development in the new era,and plays an extremely important role in promoting the high-quality development of hospitals.Based on the three dimensions of workers,labor materials and labor objects of the productive forces,this paper analyzes the profound connotation,characteristics,constituent elements and action mechanism of the new quality productive forces from the microscopic level of the hospital,reveals the internal logic of the new quality productive forces enabling the high-quality development of the hospital,and puts forward practical ideas:accurately grasp the scientific connotation of the new quality productive forces of the hospital;Get rid of the traditional business growth mode and development path of the hospital;Constantly make up the shortage of labor data in medical services;Cultivate higher quality health workers;The adjustment and innovation system matches the development of the hospital’s new quality productivity.
