摘　　要：“30·60”碳达峰、碳中和战略背景下,医院由于其能源管理特殊性、复杂性面临新的挑战。灵活运用管理与科技创新,成为新时代医院能源管理探索的重要方向。文章通过阐述医院的创新型能源管理方式,运用AI数据驱动进行科技赋能和智慧节能,推动创新性管理方式。在降低运维成本的同时,使能源管理彰显人文关怀,为双碳目标下医院数智化能源管理与人文建设提供思路和借鉴,在实践中探索出一条适合医院绿色高质量发展的创新之路。Under the background of“30·60”carbon peak carbon neutral strategy,hospitals face new challenges due to the particularity and complexity of their energy management.Flexible use of management and technological innovation has become an important direction of hospital energy management exploration in the new era.This paper expounds the innovative energy management methods of hospitals,and uses AI data-driven technology empowerment and intelligent energy saving to promote innovative management methods.While reducing operation and maintenance costs,energy management demonstrates humanistic care.It provides ideas and reference for the intelligent energy management and humanistic construction of hospital under the dual-carbon target.In practice,an innovative road suitable for the green and high-quality development of hospitals has been explored.
