公立医院多院区医用耗材管理的难点及对策分析——以中山大学附属第三医院肇庆医院为例

摘　　要：文章针对多院区模式下医用耗材管理的难点与挑战,以中山大学附属第三医院肇庆医院为例,通过文献分析与实践调研,从制度建设、成本控制、质量监管、信息化四维度提出同质化管理策略。实践表明,构建规范化管理体系并推进信息化建设,可有效提高耗材管理成效,为公立医院多院区医用耗材同质化管理提供参考。This paper investigates the challenges in medical consumables management under the multi-campus model,taking Zhaoqing Hospital of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University as a case study.Through literature analysis and practical research,it proposes a homogeneous management strategy from four dimensions:system construction,cost control,quality supervision,and informatization.Practice has shown that establishing a standardized management system and advancement of informatization can effectively improve the efficiency of consumables management,providing a reference for the homogeneous management of medical consumables in multi-campus public hospitals.
