摘 要:高压氧舱在医疗和科研领域作用重大,可治疗多种缺血、缺氧疾病,满足特殊领域需求。但随着其应用的广泛,火灾风险凸显。因舱内高压、高氧,一旦起火便难以控制。文章先介绍高压氧舱的结构和工作原理,指出火灾防范难点,再从电气设备、舱内材料、氧气、人为操作、管理监督五方面识别火灾风险,结合典型案例分析成因。最后提出防范策略,包括选用合规阻燃材料、优化舱体设计、研发测氧仪、加强人员培训、合理布局探测器与报警装置、配备适型灭火器、规划逃生通道等,强调各方协同,保障高压氧舱安全运行。Hyperbaric oxygen chambers play a significant role in the medical and scientific research fields.They can treat various ischemic and hypoxic diseases and meet the needs of special fields.However,with their widespread application,the fire risk has become prominent.Due to the high-pressure and high-oxygen environment inside the chamber,once a fire breaks out,it is difficult to control.This paper first introduces the structure and working principle of hyperbaric oxygen chambers,points out the difficulties in fire prevention,and then identifies fire risks from five aspects:electrical equipment,cabin materials,oxygen,human operation,and management supervision.It analyzes the causes by combining typical cases.Finally,prevention strategies are proposed,including selecting compliant flame-retardant materials,optimizing the cabin design,developing oxygen testers,strengthening personnel training,rationally arranging detectors and alarm devices,equipped with suitable fire extinguishers,planning escape routes,etc.It emphasizes the collaboration of all parties to ensure the safe operation of hyperbaric oxygen chambers.
