“斑马”一次性输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术治疗肾结石的临床疗效及安全性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨肾结石患者采用“斑马”一次性输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2021年6月—2023年6月河南省直第三人民医院收治的136例肾结石患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各68例。对照组行常规输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术,观察组行“斑马”一次性输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术。比较两组患者手术相关指标、肾功能、应激反应、清石率及并发症发生情况。结果:两组患者术后肾功能、应激反应指标均高于同组术前,差异均有统计学意义(t=5.654、4.540、9.802、6.590、6.365、4.166、21.843、23.816、8.931、8.709、8.977、8.123,P<0.05)。结论:肾结石患者采用“斑马”一次性输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术治疗效果确切,可取得与可重复输尿管钬激光碎石术相同效果。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of“Zebra”disposable ureteral flexible holmium laser lithotripsy for patients with kidney stones.Methods:136 patients with kidney stones admitted to the hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were divided into 2 groups by random number table method.The control group(n=68)underwent conventional ureteral soft lens holmium laser lithotripsy,and the observation group(n=68)underwent“Zebra”one-time ureteral soft lens holmium laser lithotripsy.The operative indexes,renal function,stress response,stone removal rate and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The renal function and stress response indexes of the two groups were higher than those of the same group before surgery,and the differences were statistically significant(t=5.654,4.540,9.802,6.590,6.365,4.166,21.843,23.816,8.931,8.709,8.977,8.123;P<0.05).Conclusion:“Zebra”disposable ureteral soft lens holmium laser lithotripsy is effective,and it can achieve the same effect as repeatable ureteral holmium laser lithotripsy.
