北京市丰台区1047例血清抗核抗体谱检测结果分析

摘　　要：目的:回顾性分析北京市丰台区1 047例血清抗核抗体谱(ANAs)检测结果。方法:选取2023年9—11月北京航天总医院收治的1 047例患者作为研究对象,采用免疫印迹法对1 047例患者进行ANAs检测,对检测结果进行分析。结果:1 047例患者中ANAs阳性172例,样本总阳性率为16.43%。阳性率排名前5位的抗体分别是抗Ro-52抗体、抗U1-n RNP抗体、抗SS-A抗体、抗组蛋白抗体和抗Sm抗体。按性别分类,男性样本497例,其中阳性标本68例,阳性率为13.68%;女性样本550例,其中阳性标本104例,阳性率为18.91%。女性阳性率高于男性,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.195,P<0.05)。按年龄分类,≤40岁年龄组阳性标本30例,阳性率为2.87%;41~60岁年龄组阳性标本46例,阳性率为4.39%;>60岁年龄组阳性标本96例,阳性率为9.17%。结论:北京丰台区1 047例血清ANAs检测,女性阳性率高于男性,且随着年龄的增长,阳性率逐渐增高。Objective:To retrospectively analyze the results of anti-nuclear antibody spectroscopy of 1047 patients in Fengtai District,Beijing.Methods:A total of 1047 patients treated in Beijing Aerospace General Hospital from September to November 2023 were selected as the study objects.ANAs was detected by western blotting,and the test results were analyzed.Results:Among 1047 patients,172 were ANAs positive,with a total positive rate of 16.43%.The top 5 antibody positive rates were anti-RO-52 antibody,anti-U1-NRNP antibody,anti-SS-A antibody,anti-histone antibody and anti-SM antibody.According to gender classification,there were 497 male samples,of which 68 were positive specimens,with a positive rate of 13.68%,and 550 female samples,of which 104 were positive specimens,with a positive rate of 18.91%.The positive rate of female samples was higher than that of male samples,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.195,P<0.05).According to age classification,there were 30 positive samples in the age group less than 40 years old,the positive rate was 2.87%.There were 46 positive samples in 41 to 60 age group,the positive rate was 4.39%.There were 96 positive samples in the age group over 60 years old,and the positive rate was 9.17%.Conclusion:The positive rate of female specimens is higher than that of males.With the increase of age,the positive rate increases gradually.
