摘  要:目的:分析2017—2022年郑州地区儿童流感样病例(ILI)哨点监测结果,探讨儿童流感流行特征。方法:通过国家流感系统收集2017—2022年郑州儿童医院ILI信息,并对数据进行统计学分析。结果:2017—2022年郑州儿童医院累计报告ILI共213 549例,ILI就诊百分比为3.51%。2018年ILI最低为1.55%,2021年ILI最高为4.65%,不同年份不同年龄ILI,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=14 210.492,P<0.001)。ILI报告数最多的为0岁组,最少的为15岁组。共检测3 645份ILI样本,检出流感病毒阳性688份,流感病毒阳性检测率为18.88%,不同年份的阳性率,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=572.96,P<0.001);学生(6岁组)流感阳性率为最高33.64%,散居儿童(0岁组)流感阳性率为最低10.17%,不同年龄组阳性率,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=206.99,P<0.01);2017—2019年,流感检出阳性呈明显的冬春季分布特点,主要分布在10月—次年的3月,甲型H3N2、新甲型H1N1和乙型Victoria系、Yamagata系流感毒株交替流行。2020—2022年,流感检出阳性分布不规律,只有甲型H3N2和乙型Victoria系。结论:流感病毒在儿童中广泛流行,儿童ILI监测数据变化明显,流感阳性分型差异明显,学生群体流感阳性病例较多,应根据儿童流感流行特点,对托幼机构和学校进行科普宣传,加强流感疫苗接种。Objective:To analyze the sentinel surveillance results of influenza-like illness(ILI)in children from 2017 to 2022 in Zhengzhou,and explore the epidemic characteristics of influenza in children.Methods:Information of ILI in Zhengzhou Children’s Hospital from 2017 to 2022 was collected through the national influenza system,and the data were statistically analyzed.Results:A total of 213549 cases of ILI were reported in Zhengzhou Children’s Hospital from 2017 to 2022,and the percentage of ILI treatment was 3.51%.The lowest ILI%was 1.55%in 2018,and the highest ILI%was 4.65%in 2021,with statistically significant differences in ILI%between different years and different ages(χ^(2)=14210.492,P<0.001).The largest number of ILI reports was in the 0-year-old group,and the least was in the 15-year-old group.A total of 3645 ILI samples were detected,and 688 were positive for influenza virus.The positive detection rate of influenza virus was 18.88%,and the positive rate of different years had statistical significance(χ^(2)=572.96,P<0.001).Students(6 years old)had the highest influenza positive rate of 33.64%,and scattered children(0 years old)had the lowest influenza positive rate of 10.17%.The difference between different age groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=206.99,P<0.01).From 2017 to 2019,the positive influenza detection showed obvious distribution characteristics in winter and spring,mainly distributed from October to March of the following year,and the influenza A H3N2,new A H1N1 and B Victoria and Yamagata strains alternated.From 2020 to 2022,the positive influenza detection distribution was irregular.There were only A H3N2 and B Victoria series.Conclusion:Influenza virus is widely circulating in children.Affected by the novel coronavirus,ILI monitoring data of children have changed significantly.There are obvious differences in influenza positive typing.There are more influenza positive cases in students.According to the characteristics of the influenza epidemic in children,kindergartens and schools sho
