摘　　要：动脉-静脉体外膜肺氧合(V-A ECMO)静脉穿刺导管异位是极为罕见的并发症,可造成严重后果。文章报道1例连续发生体外膜肺氧合静脉穿刺导管异位的患者,并综合既往文献分析,简要总结该并发症的高危因素及防范措施,为临床操作中减少该类并发症的发生提供经验。Ectopic catheterization of V-A ECMO venous puncture is an extremely rare complication that can cause serious con-sequences.The study aims to report 1 patient who experienced continuous ectopic catheterization of ECMO venous catheters.Based on the analysis of previous literature,the high-risk factors and preventive measures for this complication are briefly summarized,providing experience for reducing the occurrence of such complications in clinical practice.
