摘　　要：从基层医疗机构胸痛诊疗发展现况、困境、发展思考、建议等方面出发,对有关基层医疗机构胸痛诊疗及地市胸痛联盟构建情况的研究成果进行了系统的梳理和综述,以期对提升基层医疗机构胸痛诊疗水平有所帮助。The chest pain diagnosis and treatment in primary medical institutions and the existing research results of local and municipal chest pain alliance from the aspects of the current situation,dilemma,thoughts and suggestions on the development of chest pain diagnosis and treatment in primary medical institutions are summarized,so as to help improve the level of chest pain diagnosis and treatment in primary medical institutions.
