信息化在助力综合医院丙肝院内微消除工作中的应用探索

摘　　要：目的:借助信息化平台全面推进我院丙型病毒性肝炎(以下简称丙肝)筛查及管理工作,助力院内丙肝微消除工作。方法:建立和完善医院公共卫生管理平台,并以此为依托研发丙肝微消除管理综合平台。采用χ^(2)检验对门诊和住院患者在丙肝微消除管理综合平台应用前后的丙肝实验室检验、报告以及治疗等数据进行分析。结果:丙肝微消除管理综合平台的应用能有效提高门诊、住院患者的抗-HCV检测率、病例报告率、丙肝RNA阳性患者阳性治疗率,差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)=14.75、1 653.88、31.89、125.55、8.48、27.21,P<0.01)。结论:丙肝微消除管理综合平台的建立和应用,可以推进丙肝院内微消除工作的信息化、规范化及系统化,有效解决丙肝筛—诊—治过程中的重难点,提升管理效率,助力实现国家2030年消除病毒性肝炎公共卫生危害的目标。Objective:To comprehensively promote the screening and management of hepatitis C in the hospital through the use of information technology platforms,and to assist in the micro-elimination of hepatitis C within the hospital.Methods:Establishing and improving the hospital public health management platform,and developing a comprehensive management platform for the micro-elimination of hepatitis C based on this platform.χ^(2) test was used to analyze the laboratory tests,reports,and treatment data of outpatient and inpatient patients with hepatitis C before and after the application of the comprehensive platform for hepatitis C micro elimination management.Results:The application of a comprehensive platform for hepatitis C micro elimination management could effectively improve the anti-HCV detection rate of outpatients and inpatients,case reporting rate,positive treatment rate for hepatitis C RNA positive patients(χ^(2)=14.75,1653.88,31.89,125.55,8.48,27.21;P<0.01).Conclusion:The establishment and application of the comprehensive management platform for the micro-elimination of hepatitis C can promote the informatization,standardization,and systematization of the micro-elimination of hepatitis C within the hospital,effectively solve the key and difficult problems in the screen-diagnosis-treatment process of hepatitis C,improve management efficiency,and assist the achievement of the goal of eliminating the public health hazards of viral hepatitis by 2030.
