摘　　要：慢性肺源性心脏病(以下简称慢性肺心病)合并呼吸衰竭是肺心病失代偿期危重阶段,如果治疗不及时或护理措施不得当,随时危及患者生命安全。于慢性肺心病合并呼吸衰竭患者,常规护理技术的应用效果欠佳,临床上出现诸多护理干预方法,以致临床治疗效果存在很大差异。只有应用科学、有效的护理措施,才能在较大程度上实现患者病情好转、康复。现就慢性肺心病合并呼吸衰竭护理模式方面对其现状进行分析、总结,为当前的慢性肺心病治疗及护理工作提供参考。Chronic Cor pulmonale with respiratory failure is the critical stage of decompensation of Cor pulmonale.If the treatment is not timely or the nursing measures are not appropriate,and life is at risk at any time.For chronic pulmonary heart disease patients with respiratory failure,the application of routine nursing techniques is not good.There are many nursing intervention methods in clinic.So there are great differences in clinical treatment.Only scientific and effective nursing measures,to a great extent,can guarantee the patient’s condition to improve and recover.The study analyzes and summarizes the status quo of the nursing mode of chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated with respiratory failure in order to provide reference for the current treatment and nursing of chronic pulmonary heart disease.
