摘　　要：以运动康复为主的心脏康复在冠心病患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(Percutaneous Coronary Intervnetion,PCI)术后发挥着极大作用,然而因运动康复产生的运动恐惧心理严重影响康复效果。综述了中青年患者PCI术后运动恐惧研究的现状、影响因素、干预方式,为中青年PCI术后患者运动康复所产生运动恐惧心理的相关研究提供有价值的借鉴和参考,旨在提升中青年PCI术后患者的生活质量。Cardiac rehabilitation,mainly based on sports rehabilitation,plays a great role in Percutaneous Coronary Intervention(PCI)surgery in patients with coronary heart disease.However,the sports fear psychology caused by sports rehabilitation seriously affects the rehabilitation effect.The study summarizes the current situation,influencing factors and intervention methods of the research of motor fear after percutaneous coronary intervention in young and middle-aged patients,and provides valuable reference for the relevant research on the sports fear psychology of young and middle-aged patients after PCI surgery,so as to improve the quality of life of young and middle-aged patients after percutaneous coronary intervention.
