盐酸戊乙奎醚对腹腔镜手术患者呼吸力学的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:分析盐酸戊乙奎醚对腹腔镜手术患者呼吸力学的影响。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年7月于安庆市怀宁县人民医院行腹腔镜手术的70例患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组35例。对照组在诱导麻醉前给予0.9%氯化钠注射液,观察组给予盐酸戊乙奎醚。比较两组插管前(T_(0))、插管时(T_(1))、气腹建立时(T_(2))、气腹建立后10 min(T_(3))、气腹建立后30 min(T_(4))、气腹撤离后5 min(T_(5))的气道峰压力(Ppeak)、平台压(Pplat)、呼吸系统动态顺应性(Cdyn)、呼吸系统静态顺应性(Cstat)、呼气末二氧化碳分压(PetCO_(2))。结果:T_(0),两组Ppeak、Pplat、Cdyn、Cstat、PetCO_(2)比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);T_(1)、T_(2)、T_(3)、T_(4)、T_(5),观察组Ppeak、Pplat、PetCO_(2)低于对照组,Cdyn、Cstat高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:盐酸戊乙奎醚可改善腹腔镜手术患者呼吸力学指标。Objective:To analyze the influence of penehyclidine hydrochloride on respiratory mechanics in patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery.Methods:From January 2022 to July 2023,70 patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery in the People's Hospital of Huaining were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.Before induction anesthesia,the control group was given 0.9% sodium chloride injection,and the observation group was given penehyclidine hydrochloride.The airway peak pressure(Ppeak),plateau pressure(Pplat),respiratory system dynamic compliance(Cdyn),respiratory system static compliance(Cstat)and end-respiratory CO_(2)(PETCO_(2))were compared between the two groups before intubation(T_(0)),during intubation(T_(1)),during pneumoperitoneum establishment(T_(2)),10 min after pneumoperitoneum establishment(T_(3)),30 min after pneumoperitoneum establishment(T_(4)),and 5 min after pneumoperitoneum withdrawal(T_(5)).Results:There was no statistically significant difference in Ppeak,Pplat,Cdyn,Cstat and PETCO_(2) between the two groups at T_(0)(P>0.05).At T_(1),T_(2),T_(3),T_(4),T_(4),the Ppeak,Pplat and PETCO_(2) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and Cdyn and Cstat in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:Penehyclidine hydrochloride can improve the respiratory mechanics of patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery.
