鼻内镜鼻窦手术联合中鼻甲切除术治疗难治性鼻窦炎的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨鼻内镜鼻窦手术联合中鼻甲切除术治疗难治性鼻窦炎的临床效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年1月贵州省六盘水市盘州市人民医院收治的难治性鼻窦炎患者60例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组30例。对照组进行鼻内镜鼻窦手术,试验组在对照组基础上行中鼻甲切除术。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗总有效率较对照组高(P=0.045)。术后6个月,两组头痛、流脓涕、鼻塞评分较术前均降低,且试验组较对照组低(P<0.05);两组嗅觉功能评分升高,且试验组较对照组高(P<0.05);两组术腔情况改善,且试验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组术后并发症总发生率比对照组低(P=0.024)。结论:鼻内镜鼻窦手术联合中鼻甲切除术治疗难治性鼻窦炎的临床效果较好,能够缓解患者的症状,改善嗅觉功能,减少并发症。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of endoscopic sinus surgery combined with middle turbinectomy in the treatment of refractory sinusitis.Methods:From January 2022 to January 2023,60 patients with refractory sinusitis who were admitted to Panzhou People's Hospital in Liupanshui City of Guizhou Province were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group underwent endoscopic sinus surgery,and the experimental group underwent middle turbinectomy on the basis of control group.The therapeutic effect was compared between two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.045).At 6 months after surgery,the scores of headache,purulent discharge and nasal congestion in two groups were lower than those before surgery,and the scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of olfactory function in two groups increased,and the scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of surgical cavity in two groups decreased,and the scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.024).Conclusion:The endoscopic sinus surgery combined with middle turbinectomy has a good clinical effect in the treatment of refractory sinusitis,and can alleviate the symptoms of patients,improve olfactory function and reduce complications.
