摘　　要：目的:探讨经络环皮部挑治法联合针刺疗法治疗盆腔炎性疾病的临床效果。方法:选取2023年7月—2024年1月于清镇市中医医院妇产科接受治疗的206例盆腔炎性疾病患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(103例,行针刺疗法)和观察组(103例,在对照组基础上行经络环皮部挑治法)。比较两组治疗效果、疼痛评分、住院时间。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.034)。治疗后,两组疼痛评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组住院时间短于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:经络环皮部挑治法联合针刺疗法治疗盆腔炎性疾病的临床效果显著,可缓解患者的临床症状,减轻患者疼痛程度,缩短住院时间。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of meridian ring skin picking therapy combined with acupuncture therapy in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory diseases.Methods:A total of 206 patients with pelvic inflammatory diseases who received the treatment in Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of Qingzhen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into the control group(103 cases,receiving acupuncture therapy)and the observation group(103 cases,receiving meridian ring skin picking therapy on the basis of control group).The treatment effects,pain scores and length of hospital stay were compared between two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.034).After treatment,the pain scores in the two groups decreased,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The length of hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:The meridian ring skin picking therapy combined with acupuncture therapy has significant clinical effects in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory diseases,and can alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,relieve the pain level and shorten the length of hospital stay.
