坦索罗辛联合锯叶棕果实提取物软胶囊治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析坦索罗辛联合锯叶棕果实提取物软胶囊治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床效果。方法:选取泗洪分金亭医院2021年3月—2024年6月收治的117例慢性前列腺炎患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(58例)和研究组(59例)。对照组给予坦索罗辛治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予锯叶棕果实提取物软胶囊治疗。对比两组临床疗效、炎性因子水平、不良反应发生情况、前列腺功能指标。结果:研究组治疗总有效率较对照组高(P=0.030)。治疗后,两组白细胞介素-13、白细胞介素-6水平均降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组前列腺特异性抗原水平降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:坦索罗辛联合锯叶棕果实提取物软胶囊治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床效果较好,能够降低炎性因子水平,改善患者的前列腺功能,且安全性较高。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of tamsulosin combined with sabal fruit extract soft capsules in treatment of chronic prostatitis.Methods:A total of 117 patients with chronic prostatitis admitted to Sihong Fenjinting Hospital from March 2021 to June 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group(58 cases)and study group(59 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with tamsulosin,and the study group was treated with sabal fruit extract soft capsules on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,levels of inflammatory factors,occurrence of adverse reactions,and prostate function indicators were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.030).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-13 and interleukin-6 in the two groups decreased,and the levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of prostate-specific antigen in the two groups reduced,and the levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tamsulosin combined with sabal fruit extract soft capsules has a good clinical effect in the treatment of chronic prostatitis,and can reduce the levels of inflammatory factors and improve the prostate function of patients,with a high safety.
