参苓白术散加减联合益胃汤加减、常规西药治疗胃脘痛的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析参苓白术散加减联合益胃汤加减、常规西药治疗胃脘痛的临床效果。方法:选取2022年4月—2024年4月凯里市大十字街道社区卫生服务中心收治的80例胃脘痛患者作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法分为对照组(采用常规西药治疗)与观察组(采用参苓白术散加减联合益胃汤加减、常规西药治疗),每组40例。对比两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组中医症状评分均比治疗前低,且观察组胃脘痛、神疲乏力倦怠、食后腹胀评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组胃脘痛消失时间、症状缓解时间短于对照组(P<0.001)。治疗后,两组生活质量评分均比治疗前高,且观察组物质生活、心理功能、躯体功能、社会功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:参苓白术散加减联合益胃汤加减、常规西药治疗胃脘痛的临床效果显著,可以减轻患者临床症状,改善生活质量,促进患者康复。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of modified Shenling Baizhu Powder combined with modified Yiwei Decoction and conventional western medicine in the treatment of epigastric pain.Methods:From April 2022 to April 2024,80 patients with epigastric pain admitted to Kaili City Dashizi Street Community Health Service Center were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group(treated with conventional western medicine)and an observation group(treated with modified Shenling Baizhu Powder combined with modified Yiwei Decoction and conventional western medicine)using a random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The treatment effects were compared between two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM symptom scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores of epigastric pain,fatigue,acratia,tireness,and postprandial abdominal distension in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The time of epigastric pain disappearance and symptom relief in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.001).After treatment,the quality of life scores in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the scores of physical life,psychological function,physical function and social function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The modified Shenling Baizhu Powder combined with modified Yiwei Decoction and conventional western medicine has significant clinical effects in the treatment of epigastric pain,and can alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the quality of life and promoting patient recovery.
