整体护理联合延续护理在缺铁性贫血患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨整体护理联合延续护理在缺铁性贫血患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年1月—2024年1月锦州医科大学附属第一医院收治的82例缺铁性贫血患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=41)与研究组(n=41)。对照组实施传统护理,研究组实施整体护理联合延续护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,两组血清铁蛋白、血红蛋白水平及自我护理能力测定量表评分、健康调查简表评分均提高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组总护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:整体护理联合延续护理在缺铁性贫血患者中的应用效果良好,能够有效减轻患者的贫血症状,增强患者的自我护理意识,提升其生活质量和护理满意度。Objective:To explore the application effect of holistic nursing combined with continuing nursing in patients with iron deficiency anemia.Methods:Eighty-two patients with iron deficiency anemia admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into the control group(n=41)and the study group(n=41).The control group implemented the traditional nursing and the study group implemented the holistic nursing combined with continuing nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the serum ferritin and hemoglobin levels,self-care ability rating scale scores and short-form health survey scores in the two groups increased,and these parameters in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of holistic nursing combined with continuing nursing in patients with iron deficiency anemia is good,which can effectively alleviate the anemia symptoms of patients,enhance the self-care awareness of patients,and improve their quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
