摘　　要：目的:探究耳穴压豆以及饮食、运动护理在高血压患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年1—12月贵州航天医院收治的高血压患者78例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分成两组,各39例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施耳穴压豆以及饮食、运动护理。对比两组干预效果。结果:观察组血压控制效果总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,两组舒张压、收缩压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组舒张压、收缩压低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,两组社会功能、角色功能、躯体功能及认知功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组社会功能、角色功能、躯体功能及认知功能评分高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴压豆以及饮食、运动护理在高血压患者中的应用效果良好,能够有效降低患者血压水平,提高患者生活质量。Objective:To investigate the application effects of auricular acupressure with beans and dietary and exercise nursing in patients with hypertension.Methods:A total of 78 patients with hypertension admitted to Guizhou Aerospace Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into two groups using a random number table,with 39 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received auricular acupressure with beans and dietary and exercise nursing in addition to the routine care.The intervention effects were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of blood pressure control in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in both groups were lower than those before the intervention,and the observation group had lower values than the control group(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of social function,role function,physical function,and cognitive function between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the scores of social function,role function,physical function,and cognitive function in both groups were higher than those before the intervention,and the observation group had higher scores than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of auricular acupressure with beans and dietary and exercise nursing in patients with hypertension yields good results,effectively reducing blood pressure levels and improving the quality of life of patients.
