留置导尿护理管理在居家留置导尿老年患者中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨留置导尿护理管理在居家留置导尿老年患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年6月—2022年12月北京市昌平区城北社区卫生服务中心管理的居家留置导尿老年患者70例作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组35例。对照组实施常规护理管理,观察组实施留置导尿护理管理。比较两组尿路感染发生率、不良事件发生率、生活质量、护理满意度。结果:观察组尿路感染发生率较对照组低(P=0.024)。观察组不良事件发生率较对照组低(P=0.022)。干预后,两组心理功能、物质生活、躯体功能、社会功能评分高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度比对照组高(P=0.040)。结论:留置导尿护理管理在居家留置导尿老年患者中的应用效果显著,可降低尿路感染发生率及不良事件发生率,改善患者生活质量,提高护理满意度。Objective:To explore the application effect of indwelling urinary catheter nursing management in elderly patients with indwelling urinary catheter at home.Methods:A total of 70 elderly patients with indwelling urinary catheters at home who were managed by Beijing Changping District Chengbei Community Health Service Center from June 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing management and the observation group received indwelling urinary catheter nursing management.The incidence of urinary tract infections,incidence of adverse events,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results:The incidence of urinary tract infections in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.024).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.022).After intervention,the scores of psychological function,material life,physical function and social function in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.040).Conclusion:The application of indwelling urinary catheter nursing management in elderly patients with indwelling urinary catheter at home has a significant effect.It can reduce the incidence of urinary tract infections and adverse events,improve the quality of life and enhance the nursing satisfaction.
