中药穴位敷贴联合情志护理在骨折卧床患者中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药穴位敷贴联合情志护理在骨折卧床患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年6月潍坊高新尊一骨科医院收治的骨折卧床患者72例作为研究对象,采用抽签法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组36例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施中药穴位敷贴联合情志护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,两组焦虑、抑郁评分降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组便秘症状积分降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.001)。护理后,两组舒适度评分升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.001)。观察组护理总满意度高于对照组(P=0.024)。结论:中药穴位敷贴联合情志护理在骨折卧床患者中的应用效果显著,可改善患者负面情绪与便秘症状,提高患者舒适度与护理满意度。Objective:To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with emotional nursing in bedridden patients with fractures.Methods:A total of 72 bedridden patients with fractures admitted to Weifang Gaoxin Zunyi Orthopedics Hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and the observation group using the lottery method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with emotional nursing on the basis of control group.The nursing effects were compared between two groups.Results:After nursing,the scores of anxiety and depression in the two groups decreased,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the constipation symptom scores in the two groups decreased,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.001).After nursing,the comfort scores in the two groups increased,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.001).The total satisfaction with nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.024).Conclusion:The application of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with emotional nursing in bedridden patients with fractures has a significant effect,which can ameliorate patients'negative emotions and constipation symptoms,and improve patients'comfort and nursing satisfaction.
