摘 要:目的:分析抚触疗法联合早期护理干预在脑损伤新生儿中的应用效果。方法:选取金乡县人民医院2021年1月—2023年12月收治的72例脑损伤新生儿作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组36例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予抚触疗法联合早期护理干预。对比两组护理效果。结果:护理后,两组S100蛋白、胆红素水平均降低,且观察组比对照组低(P<0.05);两组神经功能、脑功能、运动发育指数评分均升高,且观察组比对照组高(P<0.05);两组身高、体质量及头围均明显增加,且观察组增长幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:抚触疗法联合早期护理干预在脑损伤新生儿中的应用效果显著,可改善患儿的神经功能,促进其生长发育。Objective:To analyze the application effect of touch therapy combined with early nursing intervention in neonatal brain injury.Methods:A total of 72 neonates with brain injury admitted to Jinxiang County People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given touch therapy combined with early nursing intervention.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the levels of S100 protein and bilirubin in the two groups decreased,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of neurological function,brain function and motor development index in the two groups increased,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The height,weight and head circumference in the two groups increased significantly,and these parameters in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of touch therapy combined with early nursing intervention in neonatal brain injury has a significant effect,and can improve the neurological function and promote the growth and development of children.
