摘　　要：目的:分析免疫规划管理在儿童传染病预防控制中的应用价值。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年12月于德州市陵城区疾病预防控制中心免疫规划科登记的200例儿童作为研究对象,使用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各100例。对照组进行常规疫苗接种管理,观察组进行免疫规划管理。比较两组免疫接种率、儿童传染病患病率、疫苗抗体水平。结果:观察组免疫接种完成率高于对照组,麻疹、风疹、流行性腮腺炎患病率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组麻疹、风疹及流行性腮腺炎抗体几何平均浓度及抗体阳性率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:免疫规划管理可提高儿童全程计划免疫接种率,降低儿童常见传染病患病率,且有利于维持疫苗抗体水平。Objective:To analyze the application value of immunization program management in prevention and control of infectious diseases in children.Methods:From January 2021 to December 2022,200 children who were registered in Immunization Program Department of Dezhou City Lingcheng District Center for Disease Control and Prevention were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 100 children in each group.The control group received routine vaccination management and the observation group received immunization program management.The immunization rate,prevalence of infectious diseases in children,and vaccine antibody levels were compared between the two groups.Results:The immunization completion rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the prevalence of measles,rubella and mumps in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The measles,rubella and mumps antibody GMC levels and antibody positive rates in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Immunization program management can increase the full-course planned immunization rate of children,reduce the prevalence of common infectious diseases in children,and help maintain the level of vaccine antibodies.
