家庭医生签约服务在社区高血压患者中的干预效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨家庭医生签约服务在社区高血压患者中的干预效果。方法:选取2022年5月—2023年11月北京市西城区广内社区卫生服务中心收治的90例高血压患者进行研究,随机分为两组。对照组45例,实施常规护理;观察组45例,展开家庭医生签约服务。对比两组血压水平、治疗依从性、疾病知识知晓率、自我护理能力。结果:干预后,两组舒张压、收缩压下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组Morisky服药依从性测量量表评分提高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组疾病知识知晓率为97.78%,比对照组高(P<0.05)。干预后,两组自我概念、自护责任感、健康知识认知、自护技能评分提高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:家庭医生签约服务在社区高血压患者中的干预效果良好,可帮助患者有效控制血压,提升疾病知晓率及自我管理能力,改善治疗依从性。Objective:To explore the intervention effect of family doctor contract service in community hypertension patients.Methods:A total of 90 hypertension patients admitted to Beijing Xicheng District Guangnei Community Health Service Center from May 2022 to November 2023 were selected for the study.They were randomly divided into two groups.The 45 cases in the control group received routine nursing,while the 45 cases in the observation group received family doctor contract service.The blood pressure levels,treatment compliance,disease knowledge awareness rate and self-care ability of the two groups were compared.Results:After intervention,diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the two groups decreased,and these parameters in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of Morisky Medication Adherence Scale in the two groups increased,and the score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The disease knowledge awareness rate in the observation group was 97.78%,which was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of self-concept,self-care responsibility,health knowledge cognition,and self-care skills in the two groups increased,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention effect of family doctor contract service in community hypertension patients is good,which can help patients effectively control blood pressure,improve disease awareness rate and self-management ability,and ameliorate treatment compliance.
