摘　　要：目的:分析门诊护理管理在医院感染控制中的应用效果。方法:南京市第一医院于2022年4月开始实施门诊护理管理,选取2022年1—3月收治的122例患者作为对照组,选取2022年4—6月收治的122例患者作为观察组。对照组实施常规管理,观察组实施门诊护理管理。比较两组护理质量、满意度、不良事件发生情况。结果:观察组消毒隔离、无菌技术操作、感染控制、医用物资管理评分较对照组高(P<0.001)。与对照组相比,观察组患者总满意度更高(P=0.016)。观察组护理不良事件总发生率较对照组低(P=0.012)。结论:门诊护理管理在医院感染控制中的应用效果较好,有助于提升医院护理质量和患者满意度,降低不良事件发生率。Objective:To analyze the application effect of outpatient nursing management in nosocomial infection control.Methods:Since April 2022,Nanjing First Hospital began to implement outpatient nursing management.A total of 122 patients admitted from January 2022 to March 2022 were selected as the control group,and 122 patients admitted from April 2022 to June 2022 were selected as the observation group.The control group received routine management,and the observation group received outpatient nursing management.The nursing quality,satisfaction,and occurrence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of disinfection and isolation,aseptic technique operation,infection control and emergency material management in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.001).The total satisfaction degree of the patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.016).The total incidence of nursing adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.012).Conclusion:The application effect of outpatient nursing management in nosocomial infection control is good,which is helpful to improve the hospital nursing quality and patient satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of adverse events.
