摘 要:[目的]从经济学视角科学划分水土保持技术类型,探究感知价值、生计策略在农户水土保持技术采纳行为中的作用机制,为推进水土保持技术采纳提供决策参考。[方法]以陕西黄土高原为研究区,利用因子分析综合测度农户价值感知,采用二元probit、多项probit分别检验感知价值对农户水土保持技术采纳行为的影响及技术类型选择偏好,引入农户生计策略变量,采用分组回归检验其调节效应。[结果]感知价值显著促进农户对水土保持技术的采纳,但只对“短期见效”技术的采纳具有促进作用;生计策略在感知价值与农户水土保持技术采纳行为关系中发挥了调节效应,感知价值仅促进了非农主导组农户对水土保持技术的采纳,且生计策略在感知价值影响农户采纳“短期见效”技术的调节效应比影响农户采纳“长期见效”技术的调节效应更强。[结论]感知价值是影响农户水土保持技术采纳行为的重要因素,但对不同类型水土保持技术和不同生计策略农户的影响不同,在多渠道、多手段提高农户的整体感知价值的同时,还应针对不同生计策略的农户,分类推广水土保持技术。[Objective]From an economic perspective,this study scientifically classifies soil and water conservation technology types and explores the mechanism of perceived value and livelihood strategy in farmers′adoption behaviors of these technologies,providing decision-making references for promoting the adoption of soil and water conservation technologies.[Methods]Taking the Loess Plateau in Shaanxi province as the research area,factor analysis was employed to measure farmers′perceived value.Binary probit and multinomial probit models were used to test the impact of perceived value on farmers′adoption behavior and preferences for different technology types.The livelihood strategy variable was introduced,and grouped regression was conducted to examine its moderating effects.[Results]Perceived value significantly promoted farmers′adoption of soil and water conservation technologies,but only for technologies with‘short-term effect’.Livelihood strategies had a moderating effect on the relationship between perceived value and farmers′adoption behavior of soil and water conservation technologies.Perceived value promoted the adoption of soil and water conservation technologies only for farmers in the non-agriculturally dominated group.Furthermore,the moderating effect of livelihood strategies on farmers′adoption of‘short-term effect’technologies was stronger than on their adoption of‘long-term effect’technologies.[Conclusion]Perceived value is an important factor affecting farmers′adoption behavior of soil and water conservation technologies.However,its impact varies for different types of soil and water conservation technologies and farmers with different livelihood strategies.It is also necessary to improve the overall perceived value of farmers through multiple channels and methods while promoting soil and water conservation technologies in a targeted manner based on different livelihood strategies.
