摘 要:以某油田原油为降解对象,以玉米秸秆与棉花秸秆为生物炭原料,以生物炭添加量和种类为影响因素,采用微生物、生物炭技术以及生物炭-微生物联合技术开展修复研究,探讨生物炭对微生物降解石油烃(C_(10)~C_(40))的强化效果。结果表明,生物炭-微生物联合技术对石油烃(C_(10)~C_(40))的降解效果要优于单独的生物炭技术和微生物技术,且生物炭添加量为2.5%时,对微生物降解原油促进作用最佳,最大降解率为46.7%。相较于单独使用菌剂或生物炭降解率提升了6倍及以上。研究结果可为土壤和地下水中原油污染的修复提供了一个可行思路。Taking crude oil from an oilfieldas degradation object,corn straw and cotton straw as biochar materials,and biochar addition amount and type as influencing factors,the remediation research was carried out by using microorganisms,biochar technology and biochar-microorganism combined technology to explore the strengthening effect of biochar on microbial degradation of petroleum hydrocarbons(C_(10)~C_(40)).The results showed that the degradation effect of biochar-microorganism combined technology on petroleum hydrocarbons(C_(10)~C_(40))was better than that of biochar technology and microbial technology alone.When the amount of biochar added was 2.5%,the effect on microbial degradation of crude oil was the best,with the maximum degradation rate46.7%.Compared with the use of microbial agents or biochar alone,the degradation rate was increased by 6 times or more.The research results can provide a feasible idea for the remediation of crude oil pollution in soil and groundwater.
