污泥厂发酵车间臭气处理系统改造工程研究

摘　　要：对于污泥好氧发酵处理工艺来说,发酵过程中的恶臭污染物去除难度大,也影响了污泥无害化处理。哈尔滨市某污泥厂剩余污泥处理工艺为好氧发酵工艺,处理规模为1000吨/日(含水率80%),发酵车间内臭气处理系统主要采用生物除臭滤池,由于污泥处理量提升,原有除臭工艺无法满足臭气去除需要,污泥厂采取临时措施保障臭气排放达标。改造期间进行污染物分析,确定恶臭污染物主要成分,开展高效生物除臭菌剂的生产试验,结果表明该菌剂可以达到强化生物滤除作用,同时,综合考虑恶臭污染物中氨气浓度高的问题,设计水喷淋处理以提升氨气去除效能。通过增加水喷淋处理,强化生物滤池,优化植物液喷淋处理三个方面的改造,处理后臭气达到排放标准。For the aerobic fermentation process of sludge,it is difficult to remove odorous pollutants during the fermentation process,which affects the harmless treatment of sludge.The residual sludge from a sludge plant in Harbin is treated using aerobic fermentation technology.The processing capacity is 1000 tons/day,with a moisture content of 80%.The odor treatment system in the fermentation workshop mainly uses biological deodorization filters.Due to the increase in sludge treatment capacity,the original deodorization process cannot meet the needs of odor removal.The sludge plant has taken temporary measures to ensure that odor emissions meet the standards.Conduct pollutant analysis during the renovation period to determine the composition of odorous pollutants.The production experiment of high-efficiency biological deodorizing bacterial agent was carried out,and the results showed that the bacterial agent can achieve enhanced biological filtration effect.Meanwhile,taking into account the high concentration of ammonia in odorous pollutants,water spray treatment is designed to enhance the efficiency of ammonia removal.By adding water spray treatment,strengthening biofilters,and optimizing plant liquid spray treatment,the odor after treatment can meet the emission standards.
