保护性睡眠护理在新生儿高胆红素血症护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的 观察保护性睡眠护理在新生儿高胆红素血症护理中的应用效果。方法 选取2023年2月至10月东南大学附属中大医院收治的70例高胆红素血症患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组各35例。对照组采取常规护理,研究组采取保护性睡眠护理。比较两组黄疸指数、血清总胆红素水平、睡眠质量及不良反应发生情况。结果 干预后,研究组黄疸指数、血清总胆红素水平均低于对照组(P <0.05)。干预后,研究组夜间睡眠时间、白天睡眠时间均长于对照组,夜间觉醒次数少于对照组(P <0.05)。研究不良反应总发生率较对照组低(P <0.05)。结论 保护性睡眠护理在新生儿高胆红素血症中应用,可降低患儿黄疸指数及血清总胆红素水平,提高睡眠质量,减少不良反应发生,具有推广价值。Objective To observe the application effect of protective sleep nursing in the nursing of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.Methods Seventy children with hyperbilirubinemia admitted to Zhongda Hospital Southeast University from February to October 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing,and the research group received protective sleep nursing.The jaundice index,serum total bilirubin level,sleep quality,and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the jaundice index and serum total bilirubin level in the research group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the research group had longer nighttime sleep time and daytime sleep time than the control group,and fewer nighttime awakenings than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the research was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of protective s leep nursing in neonatal hyperbilirubinemia can reduce the jaundice index and serum total bilirubin level,improve the quality of sleep,and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,which has the value of promotion.
