出院准备服务在早产儿护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的 探讨出院准备服务在早产儿护理中的应用效果。方法 选取2020年6月至9月广州医科大学附属第二医院新生儿科重症监护病房(NICU)的32例产妇及36例早产儿作为对照组,选取2020年11月至2021年3月广州医科大学附属第二医院NICU的35例产妇及37例早产儿作为观察组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上采用出院准备服务。比较两组早产儿出院家庭准备度、产妇焦虑水平、早产儿发育情况。结果 观察组早产儿出院家庭准备度高于对照组,产妇焦虑水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组早产儿体重、身长均优于对照组,早产儿出院后2周生长发育达标率高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 早产儿护理中采用出院准备服务,能够提高早产儿出院家庭准备度,降低产妇焦虑程度,改善早产儿发育情况。Objective To explore the application effect of discharge preparation service in the nursing of preterm infants.Methods From June to September 2020,32 pregnant women and 36 premature infants from the neonatal intensive care unit(NICU)of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University were selected as the control group.From November 2020 to March 2021,35 pregnant women and 37 premature infants were selected as the observation group.The control group received routine nursing,and the obs ervation group received discharge preparation service on the basis of routine nursing.The family readiness for discharge of premature infants,anxiety level of pregnant women,and premature infant development status were compared be tween the two groups.Results The family readiness for discharge of premature infants in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the anxiety level of pregnant women was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The weight and length of premature infants in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the growth and development compliance rate of preterm infants at 2 weeks after discharge was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of premature infants,the use of discharge preparation service can help im prove family readiness for discharge of premature infants,reduce the anxiety of pregnant women,and im prove the development status of premature infants.
