摘  要:目的 探讨循证护理在小儿癫痫护理中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年1月至2022年6月首都儿科研究所附属儿童医院收治的160例癫痫患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组各80例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用循证护理。比较两组干预效果。结果 观察组睡眠质量优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良事件总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组用药依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 小儿癫痫实施循证护理可提升患儿睡眠质量及用药依从性,降低不良事件总发生率,具备一定推广、应用价值。Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing in the nursing of pediatric epilepsy.Methods A total of 160 children with epilepsy admitted to Children’s Hospital Capital Institute of Pediatrics from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups using the random number table method,with 80 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received evidence-based nursing.The interven tion effects of the two groups were compared.Results The observation group had better sleep quality than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The medication compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For children with epilepsy,implementing evidence-based nursing can improve sleep quality and medication compliance,and reduce the incidence of adverse events,which has certain promotion and ap plication value.
