集束化呼吸道护理联合抚触干预对新生儿肺炎症状改善、生命体征及血气指标的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨集束化呼吸道护理联合抚触干预对新生儿肺炎症状改善、生命体征及血气指标的影响。方法 选取2020年6月至2023年6月兰陵县人民医院收治的72例新生儿肺炎患儿,按随机数字表法分为两组,各36例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施集束化呼吸道护理联合抚触干预。比较两组症状改善情况、生命体征、血气指标。结果 相较于对照组,观察组咳嗽、气促、呼吸困难及肺部湿啰音缓解时间均更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组心率、呼吸频率均较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组动脉血二氧化碳分压较对照组低,动脉血氧分压、血氧饱和度较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 新生儿肺炎患儿接受集束化呼吸道护理联合抚触干预可调节血气指标,改善生命体征,加快症状消退。Objective To explore the impact of cluster respiratory tract nursing combined with touch intervention on the improvement of symptoms,vital signs,and blood gas indicators of neonatal pneumonia.Methods A total of 72 children with neonatal pneumonia admitted to Lanling County People’s Hospital from June 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups using the random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received cluster respiratory tract nursing combined with touch intervention.The improvement of symptoms,vital signs,and blood gas indicators in the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the relief time of cough,shortness of breath,dyspnea,and pulmonary moist rale in the observation group was shorter,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,compared with the control group,the heart rate and respiratory rate in the observation group were lower,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,while the arterial partial pressure of oxygen and oxygen saturation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cluster respiratory tract nursing combined with touch intervention can regulate blood gas indicators,improve vital signs,and accelerate remission of symptoms in newborns with pneumonia.
