摘　　要：目的 分析共情反馈联合以故事理论框架为导向的预警护理在头面部血管瘤患儿激光治疗中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年1月至2024年1月徐州市中心医院收治的300例头面部血管瘤患儿为研究对象,采用掷硬币法分为对照组与研究组,各150例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上采用共情反馈联合以故事理论框架为导向的预警护理。比较两组的心理状态[焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分]、儿童疼痛行为量表(FLACC)评分、并发症总发生率。结果 与对照组干预后相比,研究组的SAS、SDS、FLACC评分均较低(P<0.05)。研究组的并发症总发生率2.67%(4/150)较对照组的10.67%(16/150)更低(P<0.05)。结论 共情反馈联合以故事理论框架为导向的预警护理应用于头面部血管瘤患儿激光治疗,可改善患儿心理状态、疼痛程度,并能降低并发症发生率。Objective To analyze the application effect of empathy feedback combined with story theory framework guided early warning nursing in laser therapy of children with head and facial hemangioma.Methods A total of 300 children with head and facial hemangioma admitted to Xuzhou Central Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a control group and a study group using a coin toss method,with 150 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the study group received empathy feedback combined with story theory framework guided early warning nursing on the basis of the control group.The psychological state(self-rating anxiety scale[SAS]and self-rating depression scale[SDS]),face,legs,activity,crying,corsolability(FLACC)score,and the total incidence of com plications were com pared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group after intervention,the SAS,SDS and FLACC scores of the study group were lower(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was 2.67%(4/150),which was lower than that in the control group accounting for 10.67%(16/150)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of empathy feedback combined with story theory framework guided early warning nursing in laser therapy for children with head and facial hemangioma can improve their psychological state and pain level,and reduce the incidence of complications.
