基于失效模式与效应分析模式的情感交互护理干预在小儿腹股沟手术中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨基于失效模式与效应分析(FMEA)模式的情感交互护理干预在小儿腹股沟疝手术中的应用效果。方法 将2022年5月至2024年5月在遵义市第一人民医院接受手术治疗的108例腹股沟疝患儿作为研究对象,采用随机抽签方法将患儿分为观察组(56例)和对照组(52例)。观察组实施基于FMEA模式的情感交互护理,对照组实施常规护理,比较两组的护理效果及预后情况。结果 观察组干预后的心理、精神舒适度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后康复进程快于对照组(P<0.05)。两组术后并发症总发生率比较差异不明显(P> 0.05)。观察组家属对于护理的满意度高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 在小儿腹股沟手术患儿护理中引入基于FMEA模式的情感交互护理干预,可提升患儿的舒适度,并缩短术后康复进程,提高护理满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of emotional interaction nursing intervention based on failure mode and effect analysis(FMEA)model in children undergoing inguinal hernia surgery.Methods A total of 108 children with inguinal hernia who underwent surgical treatment in the First People’s Hospital of Zunyi from May 2022 to May 2024 were taken as the research objects.The children were divided into observation group(56 cases)and control group(52 cases)by random drawing lots method.The observation group was given emotional interaction nursing based on FMEA model,while the control group was given routine nursing.The nursing effect and prognosis of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the psychological and mental comfort scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative recovery process of the observation group was faster than that of the control group(P<0.05).The difference in total incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups was not significant(P>0.05).The satisfaction of family members with nursing care in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Introducing the emotional interaction nursing intervention based on FMEA model in the care of children undergoing inguinal surgery can improve their comfort,shorten the postoperative recovery process,and improve nursing satisfaction.
