摘 要:现有的施工经验中,对于全护筒跟进的桩基施工设备较少、施工经验较少,本文研究了利用搓管机、全套管回转钻机等设备在海上深水复杂环境下桥梁钻孔技术。本研究以澳门大桥的实际建造过程为依据,进行了工艺比选,阐述了桩基的施工过程,包括施工工艺、施工组织、平台设计及安装、钻孔设备及工艺原理。在实际工程的应用中,得出该工艺具有钻进速度快、垂直度高、成孔质量好等技术优势,适用于多种复杂地质条件。本研究依托澳门大桥工程,为深水海洋环境下全套管清水钻施工技术提供了案例基础,为桥梁建设领域提供了相关技术参考。There is less construction equipment and less construction experience for pile foundation construction with full casing follow-up in the existing construction experience.This paper studies the bridge drilling technology in complex environment of deep water at sea by using equipment such as rubbing pipe machine and full casing rotary drlling rig.Based on the actual construction process of Macao Bridge,this study compares the selection of processes,expounds the construction process of pile foundation,including construction technology,construction organization,platform design and installation,drilling equipment and process principle.In the application of practical engineering,it is concluded that the process has the technical advantages of fast drlling speed,high verticality,good hole forming quality,and is suitable for a variety of complex geological conditions.Relying on the project of Macao Bridge,this study provides a case basis for the construction technology of full casing clear water drilling in deep water marine environment,and provides relevant technical reference for the field of bridge construction.
