摘 要:本文研究以浙江跨海桥梁桃夭门公铁两用大桥为工程背景,针对海上5#墩深水裸岩永临结合的钢吊箱围堰的技术特点,对施工技术方案进行研究,详细研究双壁钢围堰拼装、整体提升、精确下放、钢护筒与底板空隙封堵,封底混凝土浇筑等施工技术,针对海上风大浪急、深水倾斜裸岩环境对施工产生的不利影响进行了相应施工过程中的荷载计算及分析,并根据围堰各构件受力大小进行结构精细化设计;本技术对类似海上复杂水文环境下永临结合钢吊箱围堰施工设计具有借鉴意义。This paper takes the Taoyaomen combined road-rail bridge,a sea-crossing bridge in Zhejiang,as the engineering background.It focuses on the technical characteristics of the permanent and temporary combined steel suspended box cofferdam at the No.5 pier in deep water and bare rock at sea,and studies the construction technology plan.It elaborates on the construction techniques such as the assembly of the double-walled steel suspended box cofferdam,its overall lifting,precise lowering,sealing the gap between the steel casing and the bottom plate,and the pouring of the bottom sealing concrete.It also conducts load calculation and analysis during the construction process in response to the adverse effects of strong winds and rough seas,as well as the deep water and inclined bare rock environment on the construction.Based on the force conditions of each component of the cofferdam,a refined structural design is carried out.This technology has reference significance for the design of similar permanent and temporary combined steel suspended box cofferdams in complex marine hydrological environments.
