摘  要:新建深圳至江门铁路广中江特大桥——跨磨刀门水道主桥钢管桩围堰平面尺寸超过100 m^(2),围堰水深大于8 m,安全等级为一级。选取施工过程最不利工况,建立Midas-Civil钢管桩单桩模型,采用弹性支点法,对钢管桩立面及整体稳定性进行了验算。并对钢围檩和内支撑进行了抗弯、抗剪及压屈稳定性验算。在承台浇筑施工过程中,监测钢管桩位移和内支撑轴力,钢围堰监测数值处于可控制阶段,围堰无失稳趋势或突发异常状况。将内支撑轴力计算值(设计值)作为监测控制值判断依据,体现结构设计和现场监测闭环控制原则,协同为该承台及墩身顺利施工提供了良好保障。The plane size of the steel pipe pile cofferdam of the main bridge of the Guangzhong River Bridge over Modaomen Waterway on the newly-built Shenzhen-Jiangmen Railway is more than 100 m^(2),the water depth of the cofferdam is more than 8 m,and the safety level is Grade I.The most unfavorable working conditions of the construction process were selected,and the Midas-Civil steel pipe pile single pile model was established.The elastic fulcrum method was used to check the vertical and overall stability of the steel pipe pile.The bending,shear and buckling stability of steel purlin and inner support were checked.During the construction of the pile cap,the displacement of the steel pipe pile and the axial force of the inner support were monitored.The monitoring value of the steel cofferdam was in the controllable stage,and there was no instability trend or sudden abnormal condition of the cofferdam.The calculated value of the internal support axial force(design value)is used as the judgment basis of the monitoring control value,which reflects the principle of structural design and on-site monitoring closed-loop control,and provides a good guarantee for the smooth construction of the cap and pier.
