摘  要:某超大跨自锚式悬索桥主塔为内圆外椭造型钢桥塔,主梁采用分离式钢箱梁,桥塔外设异形牛腿结构支承主梁。由于异形支承牛腿具有重量大、受力复杂等特点,以及受到现场施工条件的限制,在架设过程中存在一定的安全风险与技术难点。因此,以该桥主塔异形支承牛腿架设为研究对象,对支承牛腿支架搭设、支承牛腿吊装及支承牛腿调位三部分关键技术进行了深入探究,实现了异形支撑牛腿不影响主塔和主梁施工的情况下进行超前架设,大大加快了全桥施工进度,研究成果可为今后类似项目施工提供重要参考。The main tower of a large span self-anchored suspension bridge is a steel bridge with the shape of inner circle and outer ellipse.The main beams are separated steel box beams,and the peripheral structure of the bridge tower is equipped with special-shaped supporting bull legs to support the main beams.There are some safety risks and technical dfficulties in the erection process due to the high weight,complex force and the limitation of site construction conditions.Therefore,taking the erection of the special-shaped supporting bull leg of the main tower of the bridge as the research object,the key technologies of the three parts of the supporting bull leg support erection,supporting bull leg lifting and supporting bull leg alignment are deeply explored,which realizes the advance erection of the special-shaped supporting bull leg without affecting the construction of the main tower and main beam,greatly speeding up the construction progress of the whole bridge.The research results can provide important reference for the construction of similar projects in the future.
