摘 要:采用振动与非振动组合搅拌的方式,控制总的搅拌时间为120 s,振动时间为0~60 s,研究了组合搅拌制度对C30石屑混凝土的坍落度、扩展度、含气量、表观密度、混凝土7 d和28 d抗压强度性能的影响,优选最佳的搅拌组合时间。研究结果表明:在相同总搅拌时间内,随着振动搅拌时间的增加,石屑混凝土的工作性能、表观密度、抗压强度呈现先增加后降低的趋势;综合考虑,最佳的搅拌组合是振动搅拌30 s加非振动搅拌90 s;与非振动搅拌相比,此种组合搅拌混凝土的坍落度增加8.8%,扩展度增加23.7%,表观密度增加2.1%,7 d和28 d抗压强度分别增加29.8%和17.7%,是一种较优的石屑混凝土搅拌方式。研究成果对花岗岩石屑混凝土的推广应用具有借鉴作用。Using the method of vibration and non-vibration combination mixing,the total mixing time is 120 s and the vibration time is 0-60 s,the influence of combined mixing on the slump,slump-flow,air content,apparent density,7 d and 28 d compressive strength performance of C30 stone chip concrete is studied,and the best mixing combination time is preferred.The results show that:in the same total mixing time,with the increase of vibration mixing time,the working performance,apparent density and compressive strength of stone chip concrete show the trend of the first increase and then decrease.Overall,the best mixing combination is vibration mixing 30 s plus non-vibration mixing 90 s;compared with non-vibration mixing,the slump increased by 8.8%,the slump-flow increased by 23.7%,the apparent density increased by 2.1%,7 d and 28 d compressive strength increased by 29.8%and 17.7%,respectively,this combined mixing is a better stone chip concrete mixing method.The research results are useful for the the application of granite stone chip concrete.
