摘 要:基于热弹塑性有限元分析方法,研究了构件厚度对正交异性钢桥面板U肋焊接接头残余变形的影响。通过三维扫描仪对U肋焊接残余变形进行测量,以此验证有限元模拟的准确性,随后分析了构件厚度对U肋焊接残余变形的影响规律。结果表明,有限元模拟结果与试验结果吻合良好。随着桥面板厚度的增加,横向收缩、纵向收缩和角变形都有较为明显程度的下降,角变形最大降低率为69.3%。随着U肋厚度的增加,横向收缩、纵向收缩和角变形都有一定幅度的下降,角变形最大降低率为22.1%。This paper investigates the influence of component thickness on the residual deformation of U-rib welded joints in orthotropic steel bridge decks via the thermo-elastoplastic finite element analysis method.The U-rib welding residual deformation was measured by a three-dimensional scanner to verify the accuracy of the FEM simulation,and subsequently,the influences of different member thickness on the U-rib welding residual deformation were analyzed.Results from the FEM simulation results agree well with the experimental tests.With the increase of the thickness of the bridge deck plate,transverse shrinkage,longitudinal shrinkage and angular deformation all decrease significantly,and the maximum decrement of the angular deformation is 69.3%.With the increase of the U-rib thickness,the transverse shrinkage,longitudinal shrinkage and angular deformation all decrease moderately,and the maximum decrement of the angular deformation is 22.1%.
