摘 要:电加热道岔融雪系统在现场使用时,其电加热元件通常安装在基本轨的轨腰和轨坡上,有三种安装位置:轨腰、轨坡以及轨腰和轨坡同时安装。为对比电加热元件三种安装位置的加热效果,以60kg/m钢轨12号道岔为研究对象,分析电加热道岔融雪系统在工作过程中的传热过程;基于有限元分析,构建三种不同安装位置下的道岔结构的有限元模型;通过仿真模拟分析电加热元件在三种安装位置的加热效果,对比测温点的值找出加热效果最好的安装位置。试验结果表明:在相同条件下,电加热元件在轨坡安装时加热效果最好,在轨腰安装时次之,轨腰和轨坡同时安装时其加热效果不如只安装单个电加热元件的。When the electric heating switch snow melting system is used in the field,its electric heating element are usually installed on the rail waist and rail slope of the basic rail.There are three installation positions:rail waist,rail slope,and rail waist and rail slope are installed at the same time.In order to compare the heating effect of three installation positions of electric heating elements,taking 60 kg/m rail No.12 turnout as the research object,the heat transfer process of the electric heating turnout snow melting system in the working process is analyzed.Based on the finite element analysis,the finite element model of turnout structure under three different installation positions is constructed.The heating effect of three installation positions of electric heating element is analyzed by simulation,and the best installation position of heating effect is found by comparing the value of temperature measurement point.The test results show that under the same conditions,the heating effect of the electric heating element is the best when installed on the rail slope,followed by the installation on the rail waist,and the heating effect is not as good as that of the single electric heating element when the rail waist and the rail slope are installed at the same time.
