摘 要:某连续刚构桥66#墩由于钢筋切断需开孔补强。66#墩预埋托架牛腿在切断部分钢筋后,采用了钢板补强。为了分析开孔补强前后桥墩的受力状态,采用ABAQUS软件建立了桥墩补强的精细化实体有限元模型,分别在成桥状态和地震荷载作用下对钢筋切断的桥墩进行了计算分析。研究结果表明,采用钢板补强后,墩底最大应力、墩顶位移均略有增长,地震作用下主梁有一定概率会轻微倾斜,但刚构桥的混凝土墩身、钢筋以及补强板等部位的受力均满足设计要求。此项研究为类似施工提供了参考价值。A certain continuous rigid frame bridge's pier No.66 requires reinforcement of openings where reinforcement bars have been cut.After partially cutting the reinforcement bars,pier No.66,which has pre-embedded cow legs,has been reinforced with steel plates.To analyze the stress state of the pier before and after the opening reinforcement,this paper employs ABAQUS software to establish a refined solid finite element model for the reinforcement of bridge piers.The model was used to perform computational analysis on the pier with cut reinforcement bars under both completed bridge state and seismic load.The results show that the maximum stress at the bottom of the pier and the displacement at the top of the pier increase slightly after the reinforcement of the steel plate.Under the action of earthquake,the main beam has a certain probability of slight inclination,but the stress of the concrete pier,steel bar and reinforcing plate of the rigid frame bridge meets the design requirements.This study provides reference value for similar construction practices.
